Senior Medical Advisor

Lieutenant General Louis Patrick Lillywhite, a former British Army physician, served as the Surgeon General of UK Armed Forces from 2006 until his retirement in 2010. His career included being the Director General of the British Army Medical Service, Commander Medical the 1st Armoured Division and Commander of the Army’s Airborne Forces 23 Para Field Ambulance. He is presently the Chief Medical Officer of St John’s Ambulance England and President of the Airborne Medical Society.

Anthony is a self-made entrepreneur, successfully developing properties, predominantly in the park home and leisure sector for over 30 years. Anthony is the founder of Baslow Holdings with a number of subsidiaries across the UK, investing in companies within the industry and rescuing them from administration. Presently Anthony’s focus is towards Countrywide Park Homes, selling Luxury Holiday Lodges and Residential Bungalows, Countrywide Holidays offering a Luxury Holiday experience, whilst dedicated to his charity work for The James Barney Foundation.

Dr Khalique served as an NHS GP for 30 years and has won several excellence awards, patient champion’s awards, a NHS Hero award and a Parliamentary Public Health award. He is passionate about Primary Care having worked in a deprived area designing new pathways of care such as mobile MRI scanning, community OPDs, and CT screening of risk populations. Having now retired Dr Khalique is spending his time assisting his NHS colleagues by carrying out telephone triage for a GP practice.

Antony Sainthill has held senior positions for over 40 years in the  Aviation and Logistics businesses. He was an officer in the Coldstream Guards for 10 years seeing active service in Aden and Northern Ireland. More recently, for 20 years, he was a Director of Dart Group Plc subsidiaries Jet2.com (a leading UK Leisure Airline and Holidays company) and Channel Express who provided lift for the major Express Parcel companies within Europe. Prior to that he was founder and Managing Director of a cargo airline and director of the UK’s first major global courier and express parcel operator, IML. Today he is an Aviation and Logistics advisor to investment and early stage logistics companies. He has also played a significant fund-raising role over the years for the medical sector including the £14m Sir William Rous Cancer Unit at Kingston Hospital and AMREF (Kenya’s “Flying Doctor” service) – as well as for local Church charities.

William Ralston-Saul has spent his career creating and developing companies in the education and natural resource sectors from the ground up. Presently William is a co-founder and director of two companies. The first of which, AuRER Ltd, is a nanotech company chaired by General Sir Mike Jackson, which is developing a new highly efficient and environmentally friendly gold extraction process for the natural resource sector. The second company is Levana Education Ltd that specialises in the development of affordable private schools in rural regions of Northern India. Levana is an operating social impact business that is already changing the lives of nearly 1,200 students.

Malcolm Stewart studied for a Property Degree in the early 1990s before joining the regular Army serving as an officer in 1st The Queens Dragoon Guards. On leaving the Army Malcolm combined his property and military knowledge to set up Kensington Security Doors Ltd which specifies, sells and installs security doors and other physical protection (blast, ballistics, etc) in luxury properties worldwide. The operational headquarters is located in London from where the Company is working on up to 30 projects at any one time in multiple countries.

William Lloyd-George

William Lloyd-George has worked in International Finance and Trade for over a decade. He started his career as a journalist in Asia followed by Latin America and Africa working for major publications such as The Guardian, the BBC and The Times. William set up Acropora Capital to develop Renewable Energy projects in emerging markets with a focus on large scale solar farms. He is also an experienced political risk analyst working for European Investment Funds, as well as the UN, AFDB and NEPAD. William has the proud honour of being a descendant of Prime Minister David Lloyd-George (1916-1922).

Clarissa Ralston Boyle graduated from Exeter University with a degree in history and then went onto pursue a career in finance starting as a Sales Trader at Peel Hunt Plc and later on as an Analyst for Stockcube Ltd. Following on from her time in the City she pursued a career in Investor Relations and has worked for a number of Mineral Resource based Companies.  She currently works alongside her brother, William Ralston Saul, for both AuRER Ltd and Levana Education Ltd.

Ray Armstrong is the owner and Managing Director of Precision Stitching Ltd, a company specialising in complex manufacturing ranging from aircraft seats to dogs bean bags. Ray joined The Parachute Regiment in 1983 serving in 1Para and was a member of the Regiment’s free fall team, The Red Devils. He still serves today in 4Para (TA) and has completed over 6,000 free fall jumps. His Company also operates the Airborne Forces direct mail shop and brings to Mask Force the ability to distribute masks to the NHS.

Conor is a China based management professional in the manufacturing sector, with more than ten years spent working in and leading cross-functional teams. His work experience has covered the full breadth of the Chinese manufacturing and product experience – from working for a Fortune 500 OEM/ODM factory to setting up and running a purchasing/trading office, to managing a fully-fledged sales & marketing and engineering team selling to Chinese ODMs and OEMs. Conor specialises in China operations, international sales and marketing team management, as well as building and running multi-functional teams for consumer goods and electrical manufacturing companies.

Splitting his time between China and Mongolia, Matthew Clearfield currently serves as an advisor to several high net worth families and state-invested businesses in both countries.
